Our dress code policy is at the discretion of management and will be strictly enforced to maintain an upscale experience for all guests. Please adhere to the following restrictions we have regarding dress code. As an upscale restaurant we ask guests to adhere to our dress code, which restricts the following: ● Flip Flops, Slides, and Slippers ● Sweatpants ● Shorts ● Attire with vulgar language, exploitation, and violence ● Excessively Ripped jeans ● Excessively revealing clothing ● Sports jerseys of any sort Here at 40 Love we have the right to refuse service to patrons not adhering to our policies. This will be up to the discretion of the management team to guarantee guest comfortability and satisfaction.
